Access to my smartphone while on and off the bike is vital. With map and GPS apps, I keep myself found and on the right track. I’m able to check any messages from family and friends, and can jot down any notes or thoughts I may have.
So, having my smartphone mounted on the handlebars where it’s handy and not stuffed in a pouch, where I might have to fumble through to check a map or answer a phone call, is essential to my riding style.
Many mounting options exist, of which I’ve had several, but by far, the best for me is the Quad Lock.
